Join the OdoShare partner network and earn additional income by delivering Odoo solutions to your clients — with full technical support from our team.

OdoShare offers an opportunity for partnership and fast earning through a referral role, with tiered commissions based on the number of clients as shown in the levels below:

Terms & Conditions

All of our partners must adhere to the following set of terms, which serve as an agreement contract between OdoShare and the partner:

  1. The partner receives 50% of the contract value, covering the package subscription fee, setup fee, and training fee, provided the total does not exceed SAR 1,000.
  2. All partners must comply with the laws and requirements imposed by the competent authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  3. As the partner is a legal entity, they must provide their tax registration, tax certificate, and bank account number.
  4. All commissions are calculated at the end of each month and transferred monthly.
  5. The client must be dealt with directly, and the partner must provide all necessary client information.
  6. The partnership may not be assigned, nor may the commission amount be transferred to another company.
  7. The partner may not charge any additional amounts for the service beyond the fees set by the company; any excess is considered a breach of the contract terms.
  8. The partner must adhere to the platform's technical specifications in accordance with the technical proposal provided by OdoShare.
  9. All of the above terms are binding on the partner, and in the event of a breach of any of them, the company has the right to take all necessary legal action to protect its rights.

How It Works

  1. A dedicated WhatsApp group is created for each partner, containing all employees authorized to sell within the organization.
  2. Work begins with the employee sending the client's mobile number along with a voice note briefly outlining their needs.
  3. The OdoShare team contacts the client and creates a WhatsApp support group that includes the support team, the client's number, and the authorized employee from the partner.
  4. All financial and technical dealings related to the client are sent through this group.
  5. After the sale is completed and the partner receives the platform's value, they remit 50% of the value to OdoShare.
  6. After payment, the OdoShare team creates the client's database and provides the necessary support.
  7. The team sends a welcome message to the client including the total amount paid, and the partner commits to collecting amounts in line with OdoShare's policy.

Projects

The partner receives 20% of the project value, paid once after the project is completed and delivered.
